The only way you can improve your practice is to offer a doctor appointment immediately so that my daughter’s ears, throat and nose can be checked, when I stated clearly on the phone that my daughter’s temperature was at its highest at 38c, rather reaching a conclusion that she has virus. By the way Dr Culshaw and nurse practitioner my daughter has tonsillitis, and both of you should be ashamed of yourselves that I had to take her to A and E in kings lynn, in order for her to be examined by a doctor who kindly prescribed antibiotics for infection - not virus as Dr Culshaw claims (without examining my daughter).

Dr culshaw is my doctor and I like her very much but when you book a apponitment with a nurse led clinic you never get enough time with the doctor to tell them all your problem
